Dr. Jeevan Sall, MD, CAQSM, is a double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, offering concierge Primary Care and Sports Medicine services with a personalized, comprehensive approach. He also welcomes patients for specialized Sports Medicine consultations and follow-ups through traditional insurance.

Dr. Sall is known for his expertise in non-surgical orthopedics, injury prevention, and holistic primary care. His training includes a Family Medicine residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center—where he served as Associate Chief Resident—and a Sports Medicine fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center.

With several years of experience practicing in South Orange County’s top healthcare organizations, Dr. Sall developed a deep understanding of the region’s diverse health needs. Now at SMART Health & Wellness, he is excited to offer a concierge model that prioritizes prevention, longevity, and high-touch, patient-centered care. His mission is to transform the healthcare experience by fostering lasting relationships and empowering patients to live healthy, active lives.

Dr. Sall brings a unique perspective to medicine, shaped by his background as a lifelong athlete. He specializes in advanced procedures including ultrasound-guided injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, hyaluronic acid “gel” injections, cortisone injections, and dry needling—providing leading-edge care for injuries and chronic conditions alike.

He has served as team physician for athletes at every level—from high schools to professional sports. He currently serves as the school physician for Laguna Beach High School, and has worked with Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC), the Las Vegas Lights, UC Riverside Athletics, and at major running events as a medical tent physician.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Sall draws inspiration from his own athletic pursuits in soccer, volleyball, and martial arts. Originally from Canada, he’s a devoted hockey fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, Tami, and their two dogs, Oliver and Oscar.
